great location but lacking in some areas

The staff provided really good service, always smiling and willing to assist. The room was impressively quiet, despite being near a busy road, thanks to the inner courtyard orientation. I also appreciated the garden view.

The common areas felt slightly neglected and could use a refresh.

Perfect, stylish hotel with accommodating people and amazing location close to bars and restaurants. Stylish room with a mini bar at affordable prices and contemporary design plus kettle and good breakfast to start the day. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Early check in and late check out...

It was fairly clean, the staff was competent and helpful, plus the service was terrific. The room was fashionable and silent, included with as well clean as well as kettle.

The heating was uncomfortably high!!! The confusing entrance lacked clear signage, leading to unnecessary navigation stress!!! Noisy neighbors disrupted the peace, indicating poor soundproofing!!!

I found everything very good, can recommend it to everyone. The hotel had a perfect location, the room was modern and brand-new. Location: the venue was just off the center and the shopping street and bus stops and Belgrade from time-to-time. A cool bonus was nearby Cafe Hotel Moskva, that offered tea and coffee.

Truly enjoyed our room, it was spotless with central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

Great central location and chill lounge area. Lift needs improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was filled with sunlight, and I loved relaxing by the cozy lounge area and enjoying a quick dip in the pool. Just a heads up, the hallway could use a little tidying up, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😌

Cozy and modern stay

Super comfy bed and loved that rain shower. Staff were so nice, even offered me a complimentary drink at the bar, a sweet surprise. Only thing was the tv remote was a bit wonky and took a while to figure out. Otherwise, great vibes all around!

The location is super central. The staff was helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, a pleasant surprise!

Great courtyard view and clean rooms.

I stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights, and it was super comfy. The decor was chic and stylish, and I loved the cleanliness of the bathroom with that awesome rain shower. Plus, there was a minibar and work desk, handy. The only downer was the need to open the window for fresh air for a few minutes. A great experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful,, and I appreciated having everything I needed in the cozy room. It was an amazing location, right in the heart of the city.

The dark, unlit stairwell was a bit unsettling during the night, and clearer entrance signage would have made arriving easier.
